Here’s What You’ll Be Doing As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the heart of our store. Your mission? To create an unforgettable shopping experience, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to the success of Patrizia Pepe in Cyprus.
- Welcome and assist customers with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they step in.
- Provide expert styling advice to help customers discover outfits that suit their taste and needs.
- Achieve sales goals through up-selling, cross-selling, and fostering lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain store presentation by keeping displays fresh, organized, and visually appealing.
- Work as part of a dynamic team, collaborating to create a positive and engaging store atmosphere.
You Need These Qualifications
- At least one year of retail experience where you’ve developed strong customer service and sales skills.
- A natural ability to connect with people and build meaningful customer relationships.
- A passion for fashion—you love styling, trends, and making customers feel their best.
- A goal-driven mindset, always motivated to exceed sales targets.
- Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus!
